Product Manager, KeyBank

2017 - present

Product Manager for HelloWallet (acquired by KeyBank). Defined Retirement Explorer and HelloWallet's go-to-market and integration post acquisition. Opted for a service oriented architecture which replaced a legacy approach with clear scaling issues, averting an 8-month investment. Released "choose your own financial adventure" functionality designed to collect data on financial preferences while providing personalized value. This feature was designed and launched in two months, using agile practices.

Product Manager, Morningstar

2016 - 2017

Product Manager for Real Future, a financial planning tool distributed through Alight Solutions (formerly Aon Hewitt) and HelloWallet. I focused on two things: creating a solid product through cross-team collaboration and hypothesis-driven development. Increased users on Real Future from 140,000 to 250,000, serving companies like J&J, Nike, Ricoh, and John Hancock. Led the first HelloWallet site stability war room, which reduced incidents from 14 to 1 per week, and allowed us to successfully send automated batch emails for the first time in months

Hand-selected to work with Echo & Co.'s largest client, as Agile Product Lead for the 2015 Webby Award winning website, Understood.org. Helped craft the MVP roadmap for the website's launch strategy. Transitioned the product from waterfall to agile, by directing the creation, build out, and contract of a 6-person scrum team. Increased users to 1 million per month at exactly 1 year post-launch.
